The information collected on this form is recorded in a computerized file by the Fondation ID+ Lorraine for the purpose of managing administrative aspects of patronage and ensuring traceability of received donations. The legal basis for processing is article 6.1f of the European Regulation on Data Protection (GDPR) dated April 27, 2016. Personal data collected are shared solely with the following recipients: personnel of the Fondation ID+ Lorraine responsible for administering and financing donations or involved in patronage. Data is kept for 5 years past maturity, corresponding to the period of limitation of financial judge action. Bank details are retained until full payment. They will be deleted upon completion of the transaction.
